There will be a $25.00 non-refundable application fee. We will let you know if you have been approved for an apartment within 10 days of receiving your application. If you have been approved but we can’t offer you an apartment right away, you will be put on our approved tenant waitlist and we’ll let you know as soon as an apartment becomes available. Click the button below to go to the Root and Branch Real Estate listing page and begin your application. Select the unit you’re interested in from the list of featured rentals, then click “Apply for this Unit”.
